I have known people that have given up on a dream - losing weight, competing in a race, earning a degree - not because they weren't capable, but because they had trouble showing up, day after day. They wanted a magic pill or quick fix that would help them acheive a great result. These people are often super busy, having many good activities on their plate at a given time. But for many of them, the long game is difficult to choose. Inspiration comes easy. It's the perspiration that's difficult!

Great advice. As Bruce Lee always said : “You must be shapeless, formless, like water. When you pour water in a cup, it becomes the cup. When you pour water in a bottle, it becomes the bottle. When you pour water in a teapot, it becomes the teapot. Water can drip and it can crash. Become like water my friend.”
