An Unlikely Exercise Tip

Lady w/ DumbbellToday we wanted to give you a simple tip for those days that just don't seem to allow for exercise.  Don't throw in the towel completely, but just plan to do less than you normally would.  Twenty minutes on the elliptical machine, 50 pushups, A quick walk around the neighborhood.  The point is, you will be better off doing something than doing nothing.  And often, one missed workout can turn into 2 days, 3 days, or even a week.  If you deliberately do less than normal, you'll feel less stressed about it and you'll keep up some momentum.  Slow and steady will win the race.

Here's to the slow, stead burn!
